Do you offer technical assistance for setting up the system and ongoing support?
Yes. We have a dedicated team that assist new users during setup and after. Although most people are comfortable immediately after instant activation, we still offer assistance via live chat, email and telephone support to you get up-to-speed on time.
Are there help documents or videos on how to get started with the system?
Yes. There is a ‘help’ section within the system where you can find various help documents and more FAQs. Video tutorials are provided as screencasts for most aspects of the system.
Is it possible to import or export data into my Integrity Invoice account?
Yes, you can import data from Excel CSV file for your clients and items (products and services). A sample format is provided within the system, and if you need any help we're always happy to assist.
Can I download PDF invoices in a ZIP file to be sent to someone?
Yes, this is very much possible. We know you might want to send your invoices to your accountant at the end of the month, so we've provided a way to download a ZIP file containing invoices within your given date range.
Can I put my company logo and information into the invoice?
Yes, you can upload your company logo as a PNG file 250px wide and 100px high. If you need assistance in making your logo fit these dimensions, let us know and we can help.
Can I generate a PDF receipt?
Yes, you can generate PDF receipts and also send them as attachments to an email. You can generate PDF invoices as well.
Can I send invoice emails within the system?
Yes, you don't need to manually send your invoices, receipts or reminders: our system can handle all of that for you, and more.
